You have 15 days from your first visit to take your Tours (1 Tour per day).
Your voucher is valid for 1 year (change of date applicable only 24 hours in advance of your visit) and includes guarantee against bad weather that you can make valid before using your voucher (which is not refundable).
Daily departures from Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a. m. (depending on the hotel). The exact time of your pick-up will be confirmed after the reservation of your Tours.
The minimum age to enjoy the Xplor Park Tour is 5 and Xenotes Oasis Maya Tours is 6 years. The minimum age for Xplor Fuego is 7 years.

5 to11 years old, child rate will apply. Children must show ID at the Park's ticket office to prove age.
