Tulum, “the Walled City”, a mystical place founded by the Mayans, and is the only pyramid in the world that is located on the top of a cliff, with an amazing view of the Mexican Caribbean.
It is believed that Tulum was once, one of the main ports of the Maya civilization. Let yourself be taken into the temple of the frescoes, the one of the descending god and "El Castillo" an amazing temple built on a cliff with splendid views of the coast.
Tulum (Yucatecan: Tulu'um) is the site of a Pre-Columbian Mayan walled city that served as a major port for Cobá. The ruins are situated on 12-meter (39 ft.) tall cliffs, along the east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula on the Caribbean Sea in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Tulum was one of the last cities inhabited and built by the Mayans.
