It was a very organized transition from the airport to the shuttle. I have used Olympus shuttles numerous times in Cancun. All rides were either private or have only stopped once to another resort to drop off other clients. The drivers are usually courteous, respectful, and informative. They are excellent in giving you time updates and what to expect during the ride and at the airport. Always a great job. I tried another company last March and was unhappy, so I went back with Olympus this time. Thank you.

We have used Olympus about 10 times in Cancun and Riviera Maya and are always satisfied. This time both drivers were very friendly and professional.
The only issue is that we have to wait a little longer than I expect for the trip from the airport to the hotel (sometimes).

From the moment I arrived I felt safe and taken care of. My bag was handled well and the van I took my shared transfer in was clean! The driver even showed a welcome video of the Cancun area on the large tv screen that was just above head in the vehicle, for all passengers to see. They even have WIFI in the vans! A total and complete wonderful surprise. What a wonderful experience, and as a travel agent, I look forward to placing my clients in your vehicles!

It was a very pleasant experience. If I may nit pick a little, it’s that I think they picked me up a little too early for my flight back to New York. They picked me up 4 1/2 hrs before the flight! I think three hrs before would have been enough. I say that because I was in the airport totally bored waiting for two hours, for boarding. Other than that little detail, it was a very pleasant experience!

Victor, the Olympus representative was very welcoming and reassuring that they were available to me to help in any capacity needed and to let me know that there was someone at the hotel that I could contact for assistance with tours any anything else that might arise. He did not know that I am a consultant for Liberty Travel. I am happy to say that if this is the treatment my clients receive when they arrive they will be just as satisfied as I was.

Our Olympus Private Transfers was so AWESOME! Our driver came on time and he was so pleasant and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable with the air-conditioning and even offer us the complimentary wifi if we wanted to. He was a joy to have conversation with and we learn a little bit more about Cancun through him. I'm so sorry we couldn't remember his name. Interestingly, the driver that brought my wife to Tulum did not know where Maison Tulum was and took her to ur house, which was fine except I waited for 3 hours at Maison Tulum for her. When I phoned to check in the day before the person I talked to did not know anything about Maison Tulum either. We arranged another pick up spot. First class ride with a personable driver for a reasonable price.

This is our 5th year using Olympus for this round trip between the airport and the RIU Palace Riviera Maya. We came to know Gamboa on our first trip, and we have made it a point to use Olympus SPECIFICALLY to request and re-connect with Gamboa every year.
Unfortunately, this year there was a problem with the scheduling, and Gamboa was not scheduled for our trip from the airport to the hotel on our arrival. He was scheduled for our return trip to the airport.
In prior years, we have also purchased excursions through Olympus during our stay in Playa del Carmen, and we have found the excursions to be just as they were explained.
We are very happy with Olympus.

The driver took exceptional care of his vehicle and was very proud in his work. I feel bad I can't remember his name. We would definitely book a private transfer again.

The pickup at the airport to the hotel was great! The van was clean and very comfortable, however when it was time to arrange for my transport back to the airport, Myself and other guests had trouble locating the agent on site at the hotel, we were told that he will be in the next day at 3pm. I get there at 3:30 he was gone! I had to call the company and was luckily able to book my transport over the phone. Overall the ride back was excellent and we we're able to ho straight to the airport without any other stops.

It was pretty good. No hassle finding them at the airport and didn't wait long to depart after arrival. Had a good conversation with the driver, comfortable ride with a.c and Wi-Fi. Did have to find them towards the end of my trip to confirm pick up to the airport but once I did they confirmed. They picked me up on time and the ride back was smooth. Over all I would travel to and from the airport again with them. Scheduling excursions was ok. Had one excursion we didn't like. Swimming with the turtles. Got harassed by locals on the beach.

It was great! All the employees were fantastic . Everything went perfect, however, I gave Mary in our hotel our information regarding our return trip and she told us that someone would call us the day before with the pickup time. No on ever did. Both my husband and I used Olympus and our children all on separate days.
They had to pick up my son at our condo at 5:30am. The shuttle was there waiting at 5:10am.
My daughters shuttle showed up right on time.
The only thing I would like added is our condos name Quinta Luna In Puerto Aventuras to your web site.
We and a lot of our neighbors use Olympis plus we have our renters use your shuttle.

All employees were very professional. They were very visible at the airport and handled the process of checking in for my ride to my hotel quickly and efficiently. There was one stop before my destination and the driver gave updates about the amount of time it would take to drop others off, before proceeding to my destination. The driver also gave bits of information about Cancun and the specific area my hotel was located. Overall, my experience was stress free and pleasant.

We reserved a private transfer to and from the Cancun airport and our resort in Riviera Maya. We were very pleased with the service. Someone was waiting for us at the aiport and had us on our way quickly. Our van arrived right on time to take us back to the airport at the end of our trip. I was very satisfied with your service. Drivers were very professional and on time. My only complaint was that we were told that it was "imperative" that we ckeck in with a representative at 9:00am the next morning so that we could get our return transportation pick up time. So, we waited about 40min. to talk to a representative only to be told "Oh no, you need to come back a day before you are going to leave." He also asked that I fill out information about our return flight. I did not have the information with me so I had to go back to the room and get it, and them return to see/wait for a rep again. When we did check in the day before our flight, the rep could not find the paper that we filled out but said she did not need it, she just looked up the name on her list and told us the time. I found this process a total waste of time. I do have to say that your drivers were great, and again right on time. I will most likely use your service again, but you should think about how you advise your customers about return transportation information. Thank you for your service.

The wait time after arriving at the airport was about 10-15 minutes . Longer than I expected so that is the only complaint I have. We had to wait for the bus to arrive and it seemed slow to board us.
The drivers were both friendly and courteous. The driver from hotel to airport was right on time.

When we came out of Cancun airport no one from Olympus was waiting for us. After about 10 minutes waiting the person wearing orange shirt showed up and walked us to the car. When I asked him how to contact Olympus on our way back – from the hotel to airport - he told us to find a person named Carla at Riviera lobby and she would answer all our questions.
The driver himself was nice and drove us to the hotel without any problems.
By the end of our stay we started looking for Carla – we were told at our lobby (Colonial) that we should go to Riviera hotel which we did. Had no success – we were told she was working by appointment only. Finally we looked at confirmation email (that was sent from no-reply address) and found phone number. Email also said we had to contact them 48 hours before our trip back. When we called we were told we had to call 24 hours ahead. Finally one day before our trip back we called Olympus and found out the time they were going to pick us up at the hotel.
Again, the driver was nice and took us to airport in time.
To summarize – I would like confirmation email not to be confusing (48 versus 24 hours) and clearly the person who met us at the airport should have not mislead us – Carla from Riviera had nothing to do with our transfer.

I do like Olympus tours. We did have a small wait for our car, but the ride was pleasant. There seems to be some confusion on the return trip. We were told on the way there I could just call to arrange,but when I called I was told it had to be the day before. Then the day before they called me and said they were on site and I had to come down. Which I told them I would immediate but when I got to the office I had to wait as the rep stepped away. All in all it was good, just a lot of miscommunication.

The shuttle picked me up on time and got me to the airport in time for my flight. It was a little hard getting a hold of the representative the day before going back to the airport to get my pick up time from the hotel from her, but we eventually got the information from her so I would know what time to be ready for the shuttle back to the airport. The contact person at our hotel(Hugo) no longer worked there. It was very stressful scheduling the pick up from the hotel to the airport. I called all thee numbers listed on your brochure and couldn't get an English speaking representative. Thankfully, our hotel concier was able to call for us and navagate the Spanish prompts and get us connected to an English speaking rep and arranged a pickup time. The driver was wonderful, very personable. Same with your reps at the airport, they were very helpful.

We used Olympus Tours for our private roundtrip transportation to our resort in Riviera Maya Mexico. They were courteous, fast and paid attention to every detail. I used Olympus for transport from the airport to my resort. After booking I realized I booked my arrival to the airport for 12am instead of 12pm. I called and they sent me a new booking confirmation for the correct time within 5 minutes. Both of my drivers were very kind.

This was our third time using olympus for cancun airport transfers. Our inbound flights AND times changed on the day of travel, however thanks to the olympus toll free number we were able to contact and have our pickup times changed. You will not get that kind of service with others. Everyone is always friendly and smiling and drivers who drive safe.

This was the eleventh time I've used Olympus and as always the service was incredible. I always appreciate seeing the men in orange shirts waiting for me right outside the airport. It's so great to know that they will wisk me away to my hotel within minutes of arriving. It literally took only 5 minutes to get from the airport to my car. Everyone at Olympus is polite, friendly, experienced and happy! The men are so welcoming and really provide great service with a smile. My trip back to the airport was just as easy. I never have to wait for my car, it's always there waiting for me and I so appreciate that. I recommend to everyone to book a private transfer. It's more money, but so worth the time you save by not having to stop at all the hotels to pick up and drop off other passengers. We did that once and learned our lesson.

One more thing..when I made arrangements online I accidentally typed in the wrong date (an earlier date than my trip)and I didn't realize it until that date had passed. I thought for sure they were going to charge me and I'd have to pay again to be picked up on the actual day of my trip. But no, I called and the woman was so nice and told me not to worry, she corrected the info for me and there was no charge for the incorrect date. How nice!!
