Absolutely amazing, very helpyful. The man Salvador at the hotel is beyong helpful and accommodating. I was in the wedding party of about 90+people and he was able to take care all of our needs. We ended up doing a Catamaran Snorkel and Natural Pool excursion and it was amazing couldnt have asked for a better experience

Our Private Round trip transport was terrific both for arrival and for departure. The vehicle was perfect for our needs and our drivers were excellent. Particularly, our driver Erich on our departure trip was outstanding, very friendly, helpful and upon realizing that I had accidentally had the hotel's Family Concierge phone, he returned the phone on my behalf and messaged me (with pictures) showing he had indeed returned the phone. This was my first trip to Punta Cana so I had no prior experience in selecting a shuttle. I found Olympus on line and based on their reviews and pricing, I selected them and was happy with their service. Upon entering the transportation area at the airport, Olympus was very easy to locate and they very quickly escorted us to our shuttle which was something a little larger than a minivan. I think we waited no more than 5 minutes for another family to join us in the van. The van was not a luxury vehicle but it was in great shape and the interior was clean. The driver was nice and soon enough had us at our resort. I was a little nervous about the return trip since we didn't have our departure time but the resort was able to contact Olympus and a woman was quickly able to find my reservation and provide me with our departure time. The shuttle arrived 10 minutes early and once again, quickly delivered us to our destination at the airport. I would definitely consider using Olympus again.

Great service! We were delayed by 6 hours due to weather but our driver was there when we arrived - we were all tired upon arrival but he definitely livened up the trip with great music and humor. Will definitely use Olympus Tours next trip!!!!!!!

Provided a private transfer from the airport to the hotel for 2 couples. Both couples flew in on different carriers but scheduled to land at the same time. However one flight was delayed by 2 hours due to weather. Olympus was very accommodating and took first couple that landed to the hotel. And accommodated the late arrival as well. Also the driver was very friendly and provided a WiFi connection during our ride. Very good customer service.

Upon arrival we were 6 hours late, the guys at the airport got us in a van as soon as they could. Unfortunately that wasn't our fault, Jet Blue was responsible. Going back to the airport, no issues at all. Pick up was right on time. I would prefer a nicer car than a van when choosing private transportation however every company does it different, I was expecting more. Overall wonderful experience. I would use them again

Going to our hotel we had Alex as our driver. He was very courteous and very talkative telling us all about Punta Cana and the resorts and what to do and not to do.On the way back to the airport, we had Hamlet as our driver. Again, he was very courteous and asked how our stay was and he talked to us all the way to the airport. We were very pleased with both drivers and the way we were treated by Olympus Tours.

From Air port to Hotel it was wonderful as per expectation. While returning back they promised me to pick up at 11.30 am . They showed up at 12.05 PM. Called 4 time. 3 time no one picked up phone.
